At Baalbek, we believe in supporting initiatives that create real value. This year, we joined the Pink October campaign, which raises awareness about breast cancer and highlights the importance of prevention.
Throughout October, we welcomed our guests with a special, pink-themed selection.
Our Pink Specials
Beetroot Ekawi Salad: Finely chopped Ekawi cheese mixed with fresh beetroot and seasoned with thyme.
A light, refreshing dish that perfectly reflects the freshness of Lebanese cuisine.
Pink Hummus: Traditional hummus topped with tomato, avocado, beetroot pieces, and served with a pink tahini sauce and fresh pita. A vibrant, creamy, and refreshing starter, naturally colored by beetroot.
Pink Iron Ball Cocktail: Bobby’s gin, pineapple juice, ginger syrup and lemon – a fresh, slightly spicy signature cocktail with a pink twist.
Fruity Wild Mocktail: Cherry tea, guava, blueberry, and grenadine – a non-alcoholic fruity drink with a deep pink hue.
Supporting the Breast Cancer Association
A portion of the revenue from our Pink October menu has been donated to the Breast Cancer Association. The organization has been working for years to ensure that as many women as possible receive timely information, support and guidance. Our goal is to help the campaign’s message reach further and provide meaningful assistance.
